Everyone that is hired by our company must go through interviewer training and work in our phone room so they can understand exactly what we do. From Project Management to the Accounting Department, all employees must experience what it takes to get a respondent to complete a survey.
All prospective interviewers are prescreened by calling in and leaving a message to determine voice quality. Once approved they are tested for reading, writing, pronunciation, and keyboard competency. After passing a test for conversational skills they are invited to participate in 17 hours of training following the curriculum outlined by the Market Research Association. Upon completion of the course material, which includes practice interviewing, all prospects must pass another test which assesses their command of the material.
